Description |
We present a case of opsoclonus- myoclonus ataxia following Lyme and Anaplasma infection with positive CSF- detected neuronal intermediate filament (NIF) IgG antibodies. The detection of CSF-detected NIF-IgG antibodies provides a specific mechanism of the cerebellar (vermal) dysfunction and explains how both saccadic hypometria and opsoclonus can exist in the same patient. |
