History Progressive fatigue and right face, arm, and leg pain.
Disease/Diagnosis Bilateral Ischemic Optic Neuropathy secondary to Pityriasis Lichenoides Et Varioliformis Acuta (PLEVA) or Ulceronecrotic Mucha-Habermann Disease.
Presenting Symptom A previously healthy myopic 35-year-old Caucasian man without any significant medical or surgical history developed acute bilateral vision loss.
