The following episode highlights Sterling Scholar recipients including Lynn Bennion playing Camille Saint-Saëns' Rondo Capriccioso on piano, Carl Herrium playing Alexander Glazunov's "Reverie" on French horn, Pauline Olyphant playing excerpts from Joseph Hayden's "Concerto in C Major" on cello, Janine Richards playing Cecile Chaminade's "Concertino" flute, Marianne Weed singing the aria from the opera La Boehme, Spencer Thompson playing Ravel's "Concerto for the Left Hand" on piano. |
