Doris Burton and Julie Burton at Cobble Rock Park

The Vernal Chamber of Commerce and others gather at the new Cobble Rock Park to celebrate and cut the ribbon on the new park. Doris Burton and Julie Brooks is seated in front. JoAnn Cowan was part of the new project and she said she hopes people wear it out by "doing everything you can think of that is appropriate." The park was built by contractors, Lynn and Dan Angus. Bard and Phillip Murray did the masonary. TLC Landscaping and Tim Crow did the landscape of trees and fountains. It was built at about $480,000.
