Synthesis is Brigham Young University's award-winning jazz ensemble, made up of 18-20 of BYU's finest jazz musicians. This band performs swing, blues, jazz, pop, Latin, funk, and fusion music. Synthesis is a traditional big band, including saxophones, trombones, trumpets, and a full rhythm section with drums, bass, guitar, and piano. |
