Description |
The presence of gamma (31-200 Hz) oscillations in local field potentials (LFP) of the basal ganglia and thalamus during limb movements prompted investigating LFPs during saccades. Recent studies show extraocular muscle spike potentials in scalp electroencephalograms (EEG), but depth electrode recordings were assumed to be secluded. |
