Description This collection of algae was made during July, August, and September 1924, in the Rocky Mountains of Utah, in the highest regions of the Wasatch, and Uinta ranges. The glacier at 11500 ft. and the lakes at 10650 and 10300 ft. are probably among the greatest altitudes from which the algal-flora has been studied, as the work done by Zechocke in Europe was only to 10166 ft. above sea level.
