Description Horner Syndrome is secondary to a lesion of the ipsilateral sympathetic pathway and is associated with ptosis, miosis, and anhidrosis. Here, we present a unique presentation of metastatic squamous cell carcinoma in a patient with a right-sided Horner Syndrome (second order). We also highlight the diagnostic utility of the apraclonidine test, where apraclonidine drops essentially "reverse the Horner Syndrome."
