Description Forty strabismus, undergoing strabismus Surgery as part of a surgical mission were divided into double-blind, randomized groups. The first group got the coiled (flexible) LMA and intranasal Fentanyl. The second group got a standard rigid LMA and no Fentanyl. Ease of surgical access was graded by the surgeon from 1-3, Excellent to Poor. The end point measured for Fentanyl was vomiting.
