Description |
Address: 231 East 100 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. Cornerstone laid in 1870, first services in basement in 1871, and consecrated in 1874, with additions through 1902. A fire in 1935 gutted the sanctuary, but the church was rebuilt following the original design. Another remodel occurred in 2010-2011. This photo shows the Chapel of the Resurrection, which occupies the space to the left of the apse, formerly the site of the church organ. |
