Description Ami Comeford talks about her six-year board service on the Utah Humanities from 2011 to 2017, including as chair. Comeford is an English professor at Utah Tech University. In between her undergrad and grad school she worked for the Senate Judiciary Committee in Washington, D.C. She talks about the vital role Utah Humanities plays in Utah, especially in small communities, helping with programming, museum works, and drawing board members from around the state. She thinks the biggest success was the rebranding of Utah Humanities while she was on the board, as well as the greatest challenge. She talks about pivotal moments, memorable experiences, and stories from her time with Utah Humanities.
