Description |
To examine the effect of Qigong on cancer-related fatigue and quality of life in cancer patients and their caregivers. Conclusion: Incorporating Qigong into standard treatment and survivorship plans has the potential to improve quality of life and reduce the emotional, physical, and economic burden of symptom management on individuals and care providers. Future studies could investigate: Other side effects of cancer, patients vs. caregivers, active vs. past treatment, practicing at home vs. in class, or the best way to incorporate mind body practices into standards of care. |
