Manny Garcia discusses how his idea of identity shifted after Trump became president. He talks about his grandfather working for the Union Pacific Railroad and dying suddenly of the flu. He discusses being raised by his mother in the west side of Salt Lake City, and growing up in a multicultural neighborhood. He also describes his involvement with music programs in school and his experience playing for Maurice Abravnel.
