Description |
We describe a new eye finding, extensive cilioretinal blood supply of the retina, previously mistaken for optic disc coloboma, atypical morning glory anomaly, or low tension glaucoma. Correct interpretation of findings allows the rapid diagnosis of papillo-renal syndrome, a hereditary oculo-renal disease heretofore considered rare. |
