Description Extranodal natural killer (NK)/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type (ENKTL) is an aggressive and rare subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma associated with latent Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) infection [1,2]. Primary clinical manifestations of ENKTL present with sinusitis-like symptoms, destructive masses involving the nasopharynx, and, rarely, cutaneous lesions [3,4]. Few ocular manifestations of this disease have been reported, including orbital cellulitis, periorbital swelling, uveitis, and dacryoadenitis [5,6]. We report an unusual case of ENKTL with diplopia as a presenting symptom.
