In conjunction with the Institute of the American West, KBGL-TV (Pocatello), produced a one hour video documentary called "Inventing the West," focused on human interactions during the nineteenth and twentieth century. The collection is comprised of both illustrations of these events and photographs of groups of people. Title page from Beadle's Boy's Library of Sport, Story and Adventure, Vol. I, no. 11, "Old Grizzly Adams," by Dr. Frank Powell, and an illustration of a grizzly bear leashed by a man with a gun. |
