The rattle of a Great Basin Rattlesnake in cool temperatures
A captive Great Basin Rattlesnake near Red Butte Gardens at the University of Utah is heard rattling inside a plastic bucket. A digital thermometer placed on the ground nearby read 63 degrees Fahrenheit. Recorded with a Telinga Stereo DAT Pro 6 parabolic microphone to a Sound Devices 722 recorder, with a 44.1 kHz/24 bit sampling rate.; Local Time: 7:15 PM
