Description |
Wagons -- Police. One of the most up-to-date wagons in the U.S. in 1907. Ogden Police Department, T.E. Browning, Chief of Police. An early Ogden paddy wagon. Ogden Police Chief T.E. Browning was happy in 1907 when his department bought the very latest and most up-to-date police patrol wagon that could be had anywhere in the country. It had what, at the time, was considered a soft rubber tire ride and was horse-drawn. Utah Writers' Project. |
