Description |
I am truly grateful for all that was accomplished by our department members during this very difficult and tumultuous time. "Operation COVID-19 Anesthesia Dunkirk," the name we attached to our department's response to the pandemic, called upon all department members to come to the rescue in their respective roles, making sacrifices as necessary to stem the tide against the SARS-CoV-2 virus. As during the evacuation of Allied soldiers at Dunkirk, France in the spring of 1940, our department's faculty, residents, and administrative staff formed an armada of little sailing ships, each providing rescue services in some important way. |
