Pathology Myelinated axons widely dispersed by expansile lesion containing spindle cells and inflammatory infiltrate.
Disease/Diagnosis Papilloedema secondary to CIDP
Clinical VA: 6/6 OD, 6/9 OS
Presenting Symptom Ocular irritation and dry eyes; Papilledema
Neuroimaging MRI
Treatment Immunosuppressive agents; Carbonic anhydrase inhibitors; Optic nerve sheath fenestration
