Description |
The Ladore School building was built in 1911. It served as the educational and social center for a sparsely populated, geographically isolated area in northwestern Colorado in Brown's Park. Although the school closed in 1947, it has remained a setting for community and educational activities, with support for the site offered by the Brown's Park Homemakers Club. The Ladore School was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975. |
