Mary Emma Chisholm Bennett was posing at her wedding to George Henry Bennett in 1884. She was the daughter of Robert Bruce Chisholm, co-discoverer of the Emma Mine in Alta, Utah. The mine was named after Emma. She was the sister of William Wallace Chisholm of Salt Lake City. With him and other brothers, Emma was part owner of the Centennial Mine in Eureka, Utah. |
