This study was done because the writer was concerned about the preparation of the personnel who were giving nursing care to the aged person. There seemed to be very little known about nursing home personnel per se. The write believed that when some specific information was known, it may be possible to aid those individuals and agencies who re interested in upgrading the quality of care in nursing homes in Utah. |
