Description Unconfirmed reports have linked the levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system (LNG-IUS aka Mirena), a long-acting contraceptive, to idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH). In this pilot study, we assessed signs and symptoms of IIH among a cohort of patients using LNG-IUS.
