Adams Brass Band Float in Utah Centennial Parade

The Adams Band Wagon 1896 was recreated to be used as a float in the Utah Centennial Parade in Vernal, Utah. The float was put together by the Second Ward and was drawn by four horses. The men on the float are unidentified. The businesses in the background are the Uintah State Bank, Farmers Market Meats & Groceries, the Vernal Drug Co, The Vogue Theater, a Cafe, and several other businesses. Note the Utah Centennial Parade banners flying over the street. This photograph is one of the frames in the roll of negatives that is cataloged under the accession number RHC.2023.02.01.
