Disease/Diagnosis Benign bilateral optic nerve sheath meningioma
Clinical VA: 20/30 OD, 10/200 OS; RAPD OS
Presenting Symptom Swollen optic disc OD; Optic atrophy OS; Progressive loss of vision OD
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment Surgery; XRT
