Further Information "This is the "old" Richfield church, located on Main Street at First South, and dedicated in 1890. In 1936 the church property was sold to Standard Oil and the church was carefully torn down. Much of the materials from the church was used in the construction of the new church on Second South." Dr. Fred Burton, Aug. 8, 2007 Sepia. Numbers and titles for the Russell H. Goodman slide collection were taken from an accompanying list. This photograph is listed as number 33. The list also includes the following paragraph: HISTORIC PROTESTANT CHURCHES OF THE WEST Photographs taken by Mr. and Mrs. Russell H. Goodman, in whose [names] these duplicate slides are presented to the Archives of Westminster College by Willard R. Harwood and Emil Nyman.
