Correspondence following the 14 November 1935 speech before the ABA, written November and December 1935

Scans of correspondence between Federal Reserve Board Chairman Marriner S. Eccles and others following his 14 November 1935, speech before the American Bankers Association. Many of these letters to Governor Eccles thanked him for his presentation and elaborated on their own views about the ongoing debate over the Banking Act of 1935. Eccles often responded by sending a copy of the speech if they had not already received it. Other letters acknowledged receipt of the speech transcript.
