Description |
Amtrak (National Railroad Passenger Corporation) inspection car number 10001 (No. 10001) "Beech Grove" the the former Rio Grande Depot now used by Amtrak. This car was used for track inspection of Amtrak routes. It was a coach built by Budd Company in Philadelphia and later converted at Beech Grove shops of Amtrak. Photo taken in July 1988.
