Description Radiation optic neuropathy is a devastating form of vision loss that is usually treated with steroids and hyperbaric oxygen. Generally the visual outcome is poor. There is evidence that Bevacizumab (Avastin) can reduce radiation necrosis by decreasing capillary leakage.
