Description FERA men sit in front of the barracks at the Dinosaur National Monument camp.The men were brought to the monument to help witht he removal of overburdeng from the quarry area. They also constructed buildings and built a rock drainage channel. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument.
