Description Dr. Albert C. Boyle, superintendent of the Dinosaur National Monument, and his camp of FERA men, construct a building to house the Fossils and other geological findings at the monument. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument.
