Description |
In July of 1920 the Vernal Express shows an add of the Red Front Garage. This Garage was located on south Vernal Avenue. It was across the street from the Oxford Hotel. The add states "Store your car with us and let us keep it washed and polished for you. At that time it was owned by Charles F. Tucker & Smart. Tucker left the area for three years but returned in 1932 to once again manage the garage. He was the oldest garage man in the valley. In connection with the garage, William Watkins and W. L. Angus operated a repair shop. |
