Description |
In 1980, James Sayers moved to Bluff, Utah, to become an elementary school teacher. He later worked in higher education at the College of Eastern Utah, teaching English as a Second Language. He was part of the Utah Humanities Council board from 1993 through 1999. During his time on the Utah Humanities board he advocated for fiscal responsibility and for support to teachers. He talks about his memories and feelings about Utah Humanities, and the good that it has done for residents of Utah. |
