| Description |
The main purpose of eye movements is to stabilize images on the retina so they may be seen clearly and localized accurately. If images move on the retina at more than a few degrees per second, vision blurs and spatial orientation is impaired. ^ Patients with acquired nystagmus often experience decreased visual acuity and oscillopsia. In this talk we will review various approaches to treating nystagmus. |
