Disease/Diagnosis Neurosarcoidosis presenting as recurrent painful ophthalmoplegia
Clinical VA: 20/30 OD, 20/20 OS; Right abduction deficit in association with decreased sensation on the right side
Presenting Symptom Headache; Diplopia
Neuroimaging MRI
Treatment Steroids; Immunosuppressive agents
