Description A 72-year old woman complained of the onset of headache, nausea, and vomiting. At the same time, she noticed that her left hand "wouldn't go in the right direction when I asked it to". Within minutes, she saw an arrow in her left homonymous visual field; it was vague, ill-defined but seemed to have movement around its edges. She sensed her vision was diminished in that area.
