Description | Description: Zuni bolo tie in the form of a steer head. The head and the facial features are depicted in glass beads in red, green, yellow, black, white, blue and orange. The horns of the steer are made of carved bone. The eyes are black and white beads. The nose has yellow, black and white beads in a two-diamond shape. The beading is in good condition, though the cotton cloth holding it onto the bone is slightly worn and has some broken stitches. |
