Description | Description: Small Shoshone (?) oval open-twined cradleboard with stitched hood. The base is formed with a parallel vertical group of sticks that are folded in half and attached to three sticks that encircle the edge. The hood is formed with a vertical group of thinner sticks that loop at the top over a wide loop that is attached to the base. A narrow strip of checkered cotton fabric secures the bottom of the hood to the base.. Height 15.88, Width 23.49, Length 53.98 Centimeters |
