A 28-year old male with a 4-month history of double vision. Previous history significant for hypercholesterolemia subsequently responding to diet control.
Pathology
Brain stem mass consisting of atypical epithelioid cells, eosinophils, vasculated and foamy cytoplasm consistent with necrotic changes.
