Description Carleen (Carlie) Jiménez is an artist who served on the board of the Utah Endowment for the Humanities (Utah Humanities today) from 1993-1999, serving as board chair and a member of search committee for the new executive director after Delmont Oswald's death, during her tenure. Carlie was involved as a volunteer with KRCL a Salt Lake listener-supported radio station and headed up non-profit arts organizations. She went back to school and became an art therapist, specifically working with veterans and individuals with substance use. She talks about pivotal experiences while serving on the board.
