Description David Allred talks about his six-year board service on the Utah Humanities Council, from 2013 to 2019, including as board chair and chair of the 2017 executive director search committee for which Jodi Graham was selected. Allred is a folklorist, a professor of English, and the Associate Provost at Snow College. He talks about the importance of humanities in his life, as well as in the world by sharing understanding and building community.
