Black and white photograph of Marvin Yourdon in uniform outside a house, probably in southern California. Ed Yourdon's notes: "I think this was also taken when Marvin was home on leave from the Marines, sometime in 1942-ish. ... From the palm trees and architecture, I think this photo was taken somewhere in southern California. We had relatives in Burbank, whom I recall visiting once in the mid-1950s (when we lived about 50 miles east of LA, in the town of Riverside) -- so maybe that's where Marvin was on this trip." Note: Marvin didn't join the Marines until 1944.
