Description |
Panamint Shoshone bowl-shaped close coil basket using willow and depicting four arrowheads woven with devil's claw. The start is normal with clockwise direction using non-interlocking stitches and a self-tapering rim. Typed paper in basket indicates basket is made by Mrs. Cottonwood, a Panamint Shoshone living in Beatty, Nevada. |
