Description Background: With the IHI Framework for Improving Joy in Work (Perlo et al., 2017) as a foundation, our team aimed to improve staff well-being by engaging in weekly huddles. Methods: Completing a What Matters to You? conversation via team survey and categorizing responses using the IHI framework‚ Meaning & Purpose and Wellness & Resilience were meaningful to this group. They also have strong team values of integrity, collaboration, and quality. Intervention: At our weekly huddles, team members shared professional wins, discuss job stressors, and exchange tips to make daily tasks easier. There was also focus on well-being and work-life balance. Outcomes: In cooperation of strategies were seen among staff members to reduce the burden and increased participation was seen. Conclusion: Using the IHI framework and WMTY streamlined processes, standardized communication, and enhanced visibility, fostering a supportive community that promotes professional growth and well-being.
