Abstract Howe (b. 1924), Utah State Supreme Court Justice, recalls growing up in Murray, his family genealogy, his education at the University of Utah, and University College of Law, his role as a Utah State Legislator, 1950s-1970s, and his service on Utah's highest court, 1980s-1990s.
