Multiple cervical artery dissections are associated with both recent infection and migraine headache, and may present with bilateral Horner's syndrome. We demonstrate the role of neuroimaging and cocaine testing in the challenging clinical situation of bilateral Horner syndrome arising from multiple spontaneous cervical artery dissections, and we consider various factOtS associated with this condition. |
