General description and user's manual for a computer architecture simulator program

This report describes the Computer Architecture Simulator tool, a group of programs which can be used to analyze the performance of a wide range of computer designs, also referred to as computer architectures. The report is intended to provide both general information about this project for readers who have little technical background, as well as sufficient technical information about the simulator and its operation for a programmer to effectively use the simulator to examine the behavior of new (or existing) computer architectures.
