More specifically, the paper presents a system which will be used by Skyways Travel, a travel agency in Salt Lake City which recently opened a wholesale department. However, this system can be used by any other wholesale travel agency using DatasLink software. This paper provides a framework, including sample forms and flowcharts, to enable an agency to implement the system. |
