A 64 year old woman was told by an optometrist that she had 'trouble with her vision'. An ophthalmologist was reported to have done a visual field and found a 'homonymous defect'. Visual acuity's were 20/30 and 20/20 respectively. An MRI revealed a large suprasellar lesion with a cystic component. |
